In one case, there has been an instance in which Semper could spawn props and make the map foggy, though this of course is only a story with no proof to back. Some have said that Semper could crash your game, though this idea has yet to be proven as fact. Semper can teleport randomly, however he usually teleports when the player gets too close to them. Semper's main and most common ability is teleportation. It appears to be using the animation for holding a handgun in Half-Life 1, as it's shoulders are tucked upwards. Such is a version of the Half-Life 1 Gordon player model, but with an almost completely grey appearance with white spots on the thigh and below.
